Dietary Plan calculations

Do you believe you have healthy eating habits?  Help Ms. H and the rest of the students suggest ways in order to impliment a diet plan.  What kinds of food do you eat? Are they healthy? How many grams of fat are in the foods that you eat? Explore this activity on page 7-14 in order to see just how healthy you are and see how many grams of fat you consume each day.
